Our additional services
Mandatory Reconsiderations
If DISH was not involved in your initial application, we can still help by supporting you with your Mandatory Reconsideration. If the Mandatory Reconsideration is unsuccessful, we can also submit your tribunal appeal online on your behalf. However, please note that we are not able to provide support throughout the tribunal hearing process itself. Cost is £100
Document Review
Our experienced caseworkers can carefully review your application before you submit it. We take the time to check your evidence, clarify any missing information, and ensure your form clearly explains how your condition affects your daily life. This gives you the best possible chance of achieving a fair and accurate assessment from the start. Cost is £60
Change of Circumstances
If your condition has significantly worsened, we can help you report a change of circumstances. Our team will guide you through each step, making sure your updated information is clearly explained and accurately reflects how your condition now affects your daily life. We provide practical support, reassurance, and expert advice to help you navigate the process with confidence. Cost is £70
Core support
Priority appointment
We have two priority appointments available each week, which you can purchase to provide you with support for one of our services. Cost is £35
Out of area support
If you live outside our core support areas of Fenland, Huntingdonshire, or South Cambridgeshire, we can still help. We offer our services through a paid support option, allowing you to access expert guidance no matter where you are based.
Personal Independence Payment
Our caseworkers can support you with completing your Personal Independence Payment (PIP) form through a telephone or video call appointment.
We offer flexible options depending on what works best for you. We can either:
- Complete the actual PIP form with you during the appointment, ensuring all details are recorded accurately, or
- Complete a duplicate version (“dummy form”) and send it to you so you can copy the information onto your official form in your own time.
This approach ensures you feel supported throughout the process and have clear, accurate information to include in your application. This does not include any further support. Cost is £70
Mandatory Reconsideration
If you completed your own application and were unsuccessful, we can support you with your Mandatory Reconsideration. If this is unsuccessful, we can also submit a tribunal appeal online on your behalf. Please note that we are not able to provide support throughout the tribunal hearing process itself. The cost for this service is £100
Additional benefit support requests
We can provide support with one benefit application per calendar year.
Please note that we are also introducing a cap on the number of hours of free support available per individual.
For example, if we support you with a PIP, we cannot also support you with UC50 in the same calendar year (and vice versa). Support for a second benefit application within the same year is available for a fee of £35. This excludes Mandatory Reconsiderations.
Appointments and payment
- Appointments will be booked once payment has been received.
- A receipt will be issued following payment.
Making a Referral
We’ve made our referral process straightforward to ensure you receive support as quickly as possible. Here’s how it works:
- Complete our enquiry form, see below: Select the most appropriate option under Support Required so we can understand your needs from the start. Please select the relevant chargeable option.
- We review your referral: Once submitted, our team will assess your request. If we are able to support you, you will receive a confirmation email with full instructions on how to make your payment.
- Make your payment: After payment has been received, one of our caseworkers will get in touch to discuss your situation in more detail and begin providing your support.
- Outcome and feedback: When your support is complete, we will contact you to confirm the outcome of your case and gather feedback about your experience. Your feedback helps us continually improve our services, ensuring they remain clear, effective, and of the highest quality.
