DISH has just completed the third and final year of its main organisational grant with the National Lottery, our biggest single source of income during this time. In Years 1 and 2 we commissioned an external consultant to provide an independent review of our performance and to make recommendations for growth and improvement in subsequent years. This was an internal exercise, undertaken in addition to our formal reporting to Lottery, designed to help us make the most of what has been a significant investment in DISH and its services.
We are seeking an organisational development consultant/evaluator who can work with data and reports we supply, along with interviewing a range of external stakeholders, to provide us with a reflective report on Year 3 and proactive suggestions for improvement, consolidation and, where appropriate, growth.
As this will be a much more qualitative than quantitative exercise we seek someone with a strong background in non-profit development, a keen eye for detail and the communication skills to work well with external partners, staff and trustees. The report is expected to cover an assessment of our services, partnerships, data capabilities, impact story, future potential, and areas of learning.
The deadline for the completed report is 1st July 2024. We know this is a competitive deadline, however, based on previous report production, we believe it equates to 3–5 days’ work. Access to previous reports and information will be supplied by DISH.
