Before making your referral, please note:
- We are unable to support individuals with an appeal where we have not helped them with their original application. We have limited capacity and resources to meet all appeal requests.
- Clients must obtain the benefit forms in advance; we are unable to provide or request the forms on your behalf.
- Due to waiting times, please obtain an extension to your submission date, to allow us additional time to support you.
- We are unable to support you with care requests, budgeting, aids/adaptions, blue badges.
- A referral does not necessarily mean we will be able to offer support.
