Before making your referral, please note:
- Important update: We cannot accept new referrals from individuals living in Cambridge City.
- Appeals: Due to limited capacity and resources, we can only support appeals if we assisted you with the original application.
- DLA: Disability Living Allowance services are temporarily suspended from November 2024. A review will take place in March 2025
- Benefit forms: Please obtain your benefit forms in advance, as we cannot provide or request them for you.
- Submission date extension: Due to waiting times, please extend your submission date to allow us more time to assist you.
- Support limits: We are unable to assist with care requests, budgeting, aids/adaptions, and blue badge applications.
- Checking: Please check that the information is correct before submitting, especially if your internet browser has autocomplete or autofill enabled.
